Cancellation Policy

The deposit amount to book is $50.00 (non-refundable)

Full balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. (long term renters need to continue to pay 2 weeks prior to the next month. Failure to pay may result in your site getting rented to a new camper)

Cancellation policy: 50% refund provided up to 1 week prior to the rental date. No refunds will be issued 6 days or less prior to the rental date.

Rent is $700.00 per month and on a month to month basis.

RV site rental is considered temporary living and cannot be considered permanent residence. Renters are responsible for their own personal property insurance, as well as, their RV/ belongings. Rent includes lot, laundry, wifi (no streaming) and electric. (up to $100.00 per month)
