Rules and Regulations

Each site is limited to one RV and one vehicle. Additional vehicles may be accepted but WE MUST approve before arrival.

We do allow older model RVs but they must be well maintained and externally and fully functional. No oil leaks.

Four guests per site unless approved prior to check in. Children under 16 are an exception.

No vehicle repairs or maintenance will be performed onsite.

Vehicles are to be parked at designated areas, so they are not in the way of new arrivals, and other guest.

All sites are to remain clean and free of trash, boxes, ect. Each site will have a trash can by the entrance.

Fire pits are for wood only. Trash is not to be burned. Fire will need to be extinguished when not attended by an adult. no personal fires at campsites. (We love our trees and would like to protect them)

Clotheslines are for towels and swimwear only and have to be attached to your property. (not ours)

Smoking is permitted at your campsite only. The rest of the property is non-smoking. Please dispose of your butts appropriately.

Alcohol is permitted at your campsite as long as it does not become a problem. This is a family friendly property and excessive use of alcohol and loud parting will not be tolerated!

All pets must be well behaved and approved in advance. Pets will be kept on leash at all times. Pet caged areas are accepted but must be approved in advance.

Guests must pick up after their pets and dispose of it in their garbage bags. Pets can not be tied and left unattended.

Any additional guest must be approved and within reason.

Guests under the age of 18 will be accompanied by an adult at all times and not be left alone.

Laundry is available for you to use. This is not a coin laundry at this time so we ask for you to be respectful and take care of our "wash house.”  In order to continue providing this for our guests, please shake sand off clothes before using and do not leave clothes in the washer or dryer.

Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Check-in is at 2:00 PM CHECK OUT AT NOON.

If there is an emergency situation determined by the local authorities you are responsible for getting your RV and other personal belongings out within 1 hour of notice from us. Severe weather warnings should be taken seriously.

There is a fish cleaning station for your use. please dispose of any fish guts or other smelly seafood/ items in a separate bag and put it in the trash cans on the property.

No fireworks are permitted per county regulations.  ABSOLUTELY NO DISCHARGING OF FIREARMS ON THE PROPERTY!

No food or trash to be left outside. this will attract wildlife critters.

We reserve the final say regarding any disputes or issues, in the event of an issue we can and will limit stay, evict, and may or may not issue refund.
